With over 24 yrs. in the design profession, Laura Gills

has a wide range of design experience.  She spent the early days of her career space planning offices in Philadelphia, then, gained residential experience, and finally started her own design company. Her experience in the Philadelphia area featured both residential and commercial work.  Laura continues to maintain clients in Pennsylvania and Florida.

 Marriage brought Laura to Ohio in 1997, and Laura Gills An Interior Design Company was born.  Much of Laura’s work is in new construction both residential and commercial. Designing model homes is one aspect of her residential work. Some of Laura’s recent commercial work has included:   office, restaurant, country club, bank, salon, assisted living, convenience store , and  government interior design.  These projects required Laura to work closely with the owner, builder, and subcontractors.  Her work included space planning, preparation of drawings, cabinet/millwork design, lighting, finish selections, furniture specification, and presentation.  Active in the design community, Laura is presently serving as President of ASID Ohio North Chapter.
