LAURA
GILLS, President Ohio North Chapter
ASID
Moore College of Art & Design – BFA – Interior Design
After attending the renowned Art School in
Philadelphia, she started her career in 1984 in Philadelphia and relocated to
Ohio in 1997, after marrying a Buckeye. She’s been self employed for over 25
years and has been on both radio design shows as well as being published in
several periodicals and magazines including The Main Line Times and Cleveland
Magazine. Though Ohio doesn’t have licensure, she attends Continuing Education
Courses on a yearly basis. Subsequent to passing the NCIDQ Exam in 1988, she
became
a member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and currently
is serving as President of the Ohio North Chapter

TRACY HARTONG,
Allied Member ASID
The Ohio State
University, Bachelor of Human Ecology, Product Development & Interior Design
After spending
the summer of 2009 as an intern at Laura Gills: An Interior Design Company,
Tracy was honored when asked to stay on as an Assistant Designer. While at
OSU, she was an active member of the student chapter of ASID and Publicity Chair
for the honor society Phi Upsilon Omicron. Tracy, being proficient at
AutoCAD, has been a big help to the company in both residential and commercial
jobs. From floor plans to window treatments, Tracy is learning quickly and
looks forward to her future
in the interior design industry.
